Atown’s One Year Anniversary Party!
Atown has only improved over the past year and I expect it will just keep growing its exciting selection of excellent goodies and ever-evolving shopping space. They carry a lot of local products (artisan chocolates, anyone?) and like to keep things interesting by throwing fun parties with live music, craft demos, and raffles for local charities. Stop by on Friday to hear The Ukeladies, win fantastic prizes, and meet some of the handmade artists.
New Boutique – Flock
An assortment of my earrings, hair accessories, and tiaras can now be found at Flock, a new boutique just off South Lamar near Oltorf. Set in a cute little house, the shop offers a well-curated selection of local products and I’m proud to be a part of their store.
In addition to my items, they have a large selection of unique jewelry, handmade cards, gorgeous scarves, and a tasteful array of vintage home furnishings. The owners even carry a line of candles they make themselves, Lights Out Candles, which come in a variety of unusual but totally beautiful scent combinations (cranberry mint!). It’s only a matter of time before I buy one of the adorable plantscapes from Aloe Sarah. So cute!
