Pearls are the birthstone for the month of June and they are a favorite of mine.  They are luxurious in sheen, go with everything, and come in a large variety of shapes, sizes, and colors.

I love incorporating them into pieces that also include stones or crystals because they really add a sensual richness to the overall look.

Of course, all by themselves, pearls are fabulous, too.
